SMS Terms & Conditions.

How text message communication works with Chad Carroll Real Estate. What you can expect, how to opt in, how to opt out, and what happens to your phone number when you give it to us.

1. SMS Consent

By providing your phone number to Chad Carroll Real Estate and checking the SMS consent box on our contact form (or otherwise giving us explicit verbal or written permission to text you), you consent to receive text messages from us. Phone numbers obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

2. Types of SMS Communications

If you have consented to receive text messages from Chad Carroll Real Estate, you may receive messages related to:

  • Appointment and showing reminders

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the nature of the conversation. During an active property search or transaction, you may receive several messages per week. Outside of active engagement, frequency is much lower. We do not send bulk promotional texts on a regular schedule.

Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These rates may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Chad Carroll Real Estate in any of the following ways:

  • Verbally, during a conversation with us
  • By checking the SMS consent box on the contact form on this website

6. Opt-Out Method

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages from us at any time. To do so, reply STOP to any SMS message you receive from us. You may also contact us directly by phone or email to request removal from our SMS list.
