SMS Terms & Conditions.

How text message communication works with Chad Carroll Real Estate. What you can expect, how to opt in, how to opt out, and what happens to your phone number when you give it to us.

1. SMS Consent

By providing your phone number to Chad Carroll Real Estate and checking the SMS consent box on our contact form (or otherwise giving us explicit verbal or written permission to text you), you consent to receive text messages from us. Phone numbers obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

2. Types of SMS Communications

If you have consented to receive text messages from Chad Carroll Real Estate, you may receive messages related to:

  • Appointment and showing reminders
  • Replies to inquiries you have sent us
  • Property and listing updates relevant to active searches or transactions
  • Transaction coordination (contracts, inspection scheduling, document handoff, closing logistics)
  • General real estate conversation in connection with work we are already doing together

Example: “Hi, this is Chad confirming our showing at 123 Main Street tomorrow at 2pm. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS from Chad Carroll Real Estate at any time.”

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency depends on where you are in the process. During an active property search or transaction, you can expect up to 8 messages per week — showing confirmations, scheduling, updates on offers and inspections, answers to your questions. Outside of an active transaction, you’ll hear from us rarely, if at all. Every message is direct communication about your real estate business with us. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages.

4. Potential Fees for SMS Messaging

Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These rates may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

5. Opt-In Method

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Chad Carroll Real Estate in any of the following ways:

  • By checking the SMS consent box on the contact form on this website

6. Opt-Out Method

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages from us at any time. To do so, reply STOP to any SMS message you receive from us. You may also contact us directly by phone or email to request removal from our SMS list.
