I’m Chad Carroll, a Compass agent in Lake Charles and partner at Carroll & Carlisle Realty Group. We tell you what we see: what fits, what doesn’t, what’s worth doing. Every deal is case by case. We figure it out together.
Here’s how we do it.
Straight, not smoothed.
Our job is to tell you what we see. If something might be a problem, you’re going to hear about it. If there’s a part of the deal that doesn’t quite add up, or something that isn’t obvious from the listing, we’ll point at it. You’re the one making the call. We just want to make sure you have the whole picture before you make it.
We walk every property.
Every property we list, we walk it personally first. Same thing if you’re buying. We’ve been in the house before we recommend an offer. We’ll talk through what might be worth doing before listing too. Sometimes that’s bringing a contractor through, sometimes it’s nothing. Depends on the house and what you’re trying to do.
We don’t disappear.
Closing isn’t the finish line for us. Years from now, you’ve got a question about paint, refinance timing, insurance, who to call for a contractor, call us. Same number we’ve always had. Real estate’s a long relationship to us. We’re not going anywhere.
Operator’s eye on every deal.
I’ve been investing and developing in this market for years myself, so we read value the way you’d want it read. Not just what something costs, but what it does, what it’s going to need, where the risk actually lives. Mostly we’re working residential plus small-to-mid commercial, local and regional. For highly specialized institutional or large-scale projects, we help connect clients with trusted professionals in our broader network.

Her engineering background heavily influences how we build systems, processes, and structure in the business, and her read on risk and terms shapes every offer that crosses our desk. Kim Buoni keeps the day-to-day moving. Dru Westbrook came up with a marketing background and gravitates toward first-time buyers, and we’re also investing in her ability to help shape how our business communicates and grows. Different thinking styles, shared standards. The work flows through whoever’s available. Decisions still come through me, and you don’t have to wait on me to keep things moving.

Beauregard parish is case by case. We partner with an agent we trust there for collaborative work. Natchitoches when something specific brings us. Cameron, Jefferson Davis, and Allen by referral. We don’t take out-of-state or institutional projects.
